About me

Evangelos Vaiannis holds a Bachelor's Degree(Ptychion) in Political Science and Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He graduated as the top rank student (#1/131, First class Honours), class of '21. Evangelos Vaiannis was honored with the Award of Academic Excellence by the Greek Ministry of Education and the States Scholarship Foundation (IKY). He graduated with a Master of Arts in Sociology from Columbia University('24), supported by scholarships from Greek institutions and Columbia. His research focused on the meaning-making of AI/ChatGPT in media discourse and has contributed to varied collaborative research projects, including students' perceptions on generative AI and non-medical determinants of cardiovascular health.
